These lamps with spooled, inverted "beehive" shafts are probably the products of a Massachusetts brazier working in the 1820-1840 era.  This example has the interesting waisted font--only possible for makers who cast their wares in components seamed vertically (in the manner of early andirons).  Minor dent to font, otherwise fine.  Height 7" to the burner (which is original).
